Our dough is prepared here in our kitchens using traditional recipes from the region
of Calabria, Italy. Calabria is located on the southernmost tip of Italy. It is surrounded by
ocean and unspoiled beaches as well as hinterland mountainous areas. Its history is
rich in the art of food preparation. Having been occupied by other cultures like the
Greeks, it combines various foods and flavors in unique ways.

Mangiare's vegetables and herbs are organically grown in our very own kitchen
gardens. Take a stroll out back and walk through the gardens on your own. We
believe in mouth-watering flavors and delicious dough — baked to perfection.
